I am out of network with all commercial insurance companies. I can provide an itemized invoice (superbill) that you may submit to your insurance company if you have out of network benefits. Depending on your plan, you may get reimbursed for a portion of your visit fee. Please contact your insurance company to verify your out of network benefits. I have opted out of Medicare so they will not reimburse for the visits and legally we can’t submit any claims to Medicare.
